Ingredients
500 gms potatoes, peeled and sliced
oil for frying
Salt to taste
1 tsp pepper
coriander leaves, for garnishing
Preparation
Heat oil in a wok and deep fry potatoes until golden brown. Remove with slotted spoon. Arrange on a serving plate, sprinkle salt and pepper over hot potatoes. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Ingredients
250 ml boiling water
250 ml fresh milk
5 tsps of tea leaves
2 tiny pieces of ginger
sugar to taste
Preparation
Add all the ingredients, except milk and sugar, to boiling water and boil for 3 minutes. Filter the tea in cups or glasses, add hot milk and sugar to one’s taste or serve these separately.
